OP-09 Emperors in the New World
Bandai's ninth One Piece booster set, released in English in March 2025 and themed on the Four Emperors — Shanks, Luffy, Blackbeard and Buggy each get a Leader card. Boxes are 24 packs of 12 cards; they get opened for the alternate-art and manga-style parallels, which is why sealed boxes sit well above the sum of their commons.
